It is both waterproof and breathable, plus it features leg gussets, a tail flap and an anti-rub 210D polyester lining. The rug comes with detachable leg straps, cross surcingles with rubber rings and twin strap breast buckles for fastening. Additionally, reflective strips are placed on the front, back and tail flap, with a nameplate inside.
